We put in the design work on your project and present to the client. For this price you can expect a professional portfolio of our vision for your project including visuals for styling suggestions, budget breakdown and recommended picks.
Interior decorating service transforms the vision into reality. Following your consultation, you may hire us on to execute our planned design at a discounted rate. We will arrange the purchase of any new pieces you wish to include at cost from our agreed upon design plan. The additional funds for decor purchases must be provided prior to the date of service.
Following your consultation, we execute our final design plan for you. We will arrange the purchase of any new pieces you wish to include at cost from our agreed upon design plan. You, the client, will receive a formal invoice and have final say on budget allocation. (If)Any cosmetic changes to your structure (ie. wall paint, molding, hardware upgrades etc.) will be outsourced by a client approved contractor. Please include notice of any legal documentation required prior to or during consultation to allow appropriate review by necessary parties.
Staging service fee includes planning and execution for spaces up to 1000 sq. feet. Staging larger sq. footage spaces will be considered on a by-case basis. You may include special requests in your new client form.
*Separate $500 deposit required for staging with company props. A liability waiver must be signed at the time service is scheduled in which the client agrees to accept full responsibility for any damage to company property resulting from their actions or negligence.
